Pre-Authorized Debit (PAD) is the most convenient way to pay your rent. Payments are automatically withdrawn from your account on the first business day of every month, ensuring you never miss a payment deadline.

Important: You must attach a "Void Cheque" or a Direct Deposit/Pre-Authorized Debit form provided by your bank to verify account details.
Please return signed forms and void cheques to the Superintendent or the Main Office.
